How to use the Client Wiki
The Client Portal is the a communication portal we like to use to collaborate on an ongoing basis. You can use it to make requests, track the progress of ongoing work, and more.
However, we want to use the communication platform that works best for you. We are very comfortable using email as the main communication channel. If you enjoy the extra visibility and options the Client Portal provides, fantastic. If you prefer sticking with email because it’s familiar, that’s great as well.
The Client Drive is a dedicated Google Drive for your business. We use Google Drive because it’s user-friendly, secure, and allows customizable permissions for your business needs.

After watching this video, you can decide if communicating via the portal, email, or both is the best fit for you. However you communicate with us, we'll make sure to response using the same channel.
We do our best to keep the Client Wiki up-to-date so that it can be a helpful self-service resource for common questions.
